When you spell it out, they get it!

For example, now that it’s JUNE:

J=jargon; eliminate it because it sounds like noise.

U=ums & uhs; avoid fillers and sound more articulate.

N=non-specifics; steer clear of words like thing & stuff & improve your vocabulary.

E=excuses; remove excuses for miscommunicating by making communication your priority.

Presentation skills.

Presentation skills aren’t everything in business…

They’re the only thing!

You either present with purpose, passion, and presence or you present poorly.

News flash: It’s the holiday season and stores have run out of gifts–oh no!
